| Answer: | The Photo Album is a Java application, so you need to download and install a copy of Java onto your computer. Click on the link below, then click the "Get It Now" button. Follow the installation instructions. http://www.java.com

| Question 2: | I clicked on one of the Live Webcam buttons, but it didn't work. |
| Answer: | The live webcams use a flash video player, so if you don't have it, download flash from http://adobe.com. If you still have problems with flash, the bottom link on the webcam page which will take you to a java player, follow the instructions in question 1 above if you need Java.

| Question 3: | I can't play the videos. |
| Answer: | The videos also require flash. Follow question 3. Some of the earlier videos require Windows Media player which you can download from the link below. Also, some of the videos are quite large, so you may have to wait a few minutes for them to download. Windows Media Player
